1. Platform Overview & Acceptance
Rexto Global operates an integrated online marketplace facilitating connections between verified service professionals, international roommate seekers, and digital asset customers. By creating an account or transacting on this platform, you explicitly agree to these legally binding terms.
2. Rexto Rewards, Wallet Points & Redemption Guardrails
All reward points, welcome bonuses, and referral balances granted on Rexto Global are subject to strict platform financial guardrails:
- Point Valuation Ratio: Points are calculated at a fixed standard of 10 Pts = $1.00 USD (or equivalent local currency valuation).
- No Cash Withdrawals: Reward points and platform wallet credits hold no direct cash liquidation value and cannot be withdrawn to personal bank accounts, PayPal, wire transfers, or physical currency under any circumstances.
- Minimum Redemption Threshold: Accounts must accumulate an active balance of at least 500 Pts ($50.00 USD) before any point redemption functionality is unlocked.
- Client Service Booking Cap (Max 20%): For service bookings, clients may apply wallet points to offset a maximum of 20% of the total service invoice. The remaining 80% must be remitted directly to the executing service technician.
- Provider Sponsored Promotions: Verified providers with at least 500 Pts ($50.00) may burn points to activate a 14-Day Sponsored Ad Boost, granting high-priority placement across homepage grids and category search results.
- Anti-Fraud & Points Forfeiture: Creating fictitious accounts, artificial self-referrals, or manipulating system invites will result in immediate account termination and permanent cancellation of accrued balances.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship
Service providers and technicians registered on Rexto Global are independent freelancers or businesses and are not direct employees, agents, or joint partners of Rexto Global. While Rexto Global conducts verification protocols, end-to-end service delivery, quality of physical work, on-site safety, and pricing disputes remain the direct responsibility of the provider and client.
4. Digital Assets & Intellectual Property
All digital purchases (including curated AI prompts, source code templates, PHP scripts, and software assets) are governed by non-exclusive commercial licenses. Unauthorized copying, public open-sourcing, or reselling of downloaded files is strictly actionable under global copyright law. Due to the irrevocable nature of instant digital downloads, all digital store sales are final.
5. Roommates & Property Listings
Users posting flatmate requirements or accommodation requests must provide truthful details. Rexto Global prohibits any discriminatory housing postings based on race, nationality, religion, or gender identity. Users are advised to inspect accommodations and conduct personal verification prior to transferring rental deposits.
6. Termination & Governing Law
Rexto Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these guidelines without prior notice. These terms are governed by applicable trade and electronic commerce laws.
